Hedge hogs only go into hibernation when it's very cold. To stop her from going into hibernation keep your bedroom very warm like you said you do. And, in the wild hedehogs would eat until they were full so you should put a few mealworms in her bowl and take out what she doesn't eat in about five to six minutes. And, you should not have sawdust in her cage because she can breathe it in and it can cause respiratory infections and kill her. Put wood chips in her cage instead or shredded cardboard or newspaper. Just don't put cedar or pine chips in her cage because they can also cause respiratory problems.

Why does my car vibrate when its in drive and stopped?

Ok i really hope you guys can help me. I have a 2003 ford mustang base V6 it has dual exhaust from the headers to the tips, it also has a shift kit, cold air intake and its sct tuned. The car is fine when its moving but once i come into a full stop and im in drive or reverse it vibrates kinda unusuall. It does not vibrate in park because the rpms increase. I thought it was the bettery strugling to keep the engine on since the car has HIDs and i noticed when its raining and my wipers are on it vibrates harder. I really dont know whats wrong with it and i hope aomeone could help me.

Okay. This is about my mom. I shouldn't put this out here but I need to know what illness this is. We tried the doctors but nada, they just tell us "Mental illness". Me and my grandma were worried for 20 minutes. Then all of a sudden she pops out of her closet laughing and saying "Haha you couldn't find me" and we were yelling at her and she had a smile across her face. And she is insecure about her weight and unfortunatley me. She gained weight and she might have a weight disorder. I know that before she used to have bulimia. But shes really short [ 4"9 ] and shes 91 and it doesnt sound much but she looks big for her size.She complains about it and eats more and more and more. Shes insecure about me. Im at my families house and she calls me and says the same thing over and over again to keep me on the line. Please. If you know ANY of these please. HELP!

I was playing Pokemon, however, the Pokemon I was battling were not Pokemon I had ever seen before. They were thin like paper. I have a 5 month old African Pygmy male Hedgehog. He was in his snuggle bag and I wanted him to go in his running ball because he hasn't for a few days now. He had to be tipped gently out the bag, even though he was clinging into it, he eventually came out. After that, he didn't move. Our house doesn't have heating at the moment, but this is only for tonight. I put two shirts over his cage to prevent a draft. He eventually crawled into his tunnel then curled up into a ball after making some odd, quiet sounds here and there. After a few more minutes, he uncurled and crawled around his cage again... I'm not sure if he was walking normally because when he went on his running wheel, he didn't put a lot of effort into it at the beginning, then he walked around his cage again. He's gone back into his snuggle bag now, so I think he's warm. Are these signs of him being cold/moody/needing space/Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome? Will he be okay?

You could do it like the other person said, but you said you wanted them to stay the same and not have to drag them up when they get low. In order to do that you have to do Crtl+shift+c, and then type in boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true after doing that hold the shift button and then click on the mailbox and you should see a thing that says "Make needs static" or "Make motives static". Click that, and now your sims needs won't decrease, they'll just stay in the green the whole time. Hope I helped!

Grinding in the rear end of my car?

i have a trans am ws6 automatic pretty much stock except for my rebuilt tranny that has changed shift points, flowmaster exhaust, slp lid and nitto 555r drag radiails. with a professional driving and on a actual drag strip its suppose to run a 4.9 sec 0-60 and a 13.5 sec 1/4 mile stock. well i did the 0-60 test on black top and i got 5.5 sec but i only did it once. idk the 1/4 mile but i do know that my car is a bit slower on take off. i run a 0-100 in high 11 to low 12 sec. so im guessing my car will run the 1/4 mile in stock time if not a bit faster. well the thing is ive had a grinding in my rear end since i got it and im just gonna replace my stock 323 gears to 373. plus ill have to get a programmer to calibrate the speedometer and ima change it to where instaed of shifting at 6000rpm it will shift at 6500rpm hoping to get a bit more power. i also have 3 inch long tube stainless steel headers i want to put on but not sure if i will get to. but will i notice a difference with the different gears and the changee in shift points? if so how much would be your best guess. im wanting to know the performance difference cuz i alrede know gas mileage will be worse. and would the headers really help or just change to sound?

Best/Cheap way to sound proof a pet room (crating a puppy)?

Hey all, I recently bought an 8 week old puppy and I'm currently in the process of crating him. I'm being told that if I crate him and keep his crate next to me, he will not be able to be alone for while I'm at work ( I work nine hour shifts, but come home at lunch, so he will only be alone for 4 hours at a time). I currently live in an apartment and am trying to sound proof his "room." His room consists of a giant walk-in closet. I was told by some people to put up carpet tiles, egg cartons and even the pink foam boards. I did like the closet with the pink foam boards and I could still hear him pretty well. I dont mind if I hear him, I just don't want to tick off the neighbors. Anyone have any cheap sound proofing ideas/suggestions or know how to crate a puppy fast? I'm even considering going to a relatives how and just staying there a week for the duration of the crating nights.

Hedgehog cage has tiny tiny black bugs?

My hedgehogs cage has these teeny tiny black bugs in it. i cannot figure out what they are. They are in and on her lil black fleece pocket but i havent seen them anywhere else. she has a lil tent under her dome but there arent any there. She's been sleeping in her pocket lately so i think that why they are only there. Why is my male hedgehog so mean?

I bought a two 3 month old hedgehogs and the female is nice and calm but the male spikes up the second i enter the room where the cage is at, starts hissing and twitching. He is very nervous towards anything and has already bit me. but if i get him on the bed n leave him alone n slowly pet his spikes he calms down a bit, though not entirely. he calms and starts self-anointing. The second he goes back in his cage, its as if nothing has changed and he is as aggressive as always. Whats wrong and what can i do to change this?

At any rate, it is far better to obtain a hedgehog from an HBA breeder given the fact that they breed only registered hedgehogs with clear blood lines thus raising the chance that the hedgehog will generally be more healthy and not die at a young age from fatal hereditary illnesses. Trying to figure out a comfortable bed solution for tent camping. The best I've found so far is using a Thermarest 1.5" inflatable mattress and a layer of 3" thick open cell foam over that. I think I'd use plywood, exterior or marine grade, 1/4 inch or more depending on your weight. Not totally waterproof but won't rot easily especially if it comes out and gets dried out when you aren't using the boat. You can sand the edges off round, you can paint it if you want but if you do make sure you put some non-skid stuff on it. Those self-adhesive strips they sell for stairs would work nicely. Plastics pose the problem that if they're stiff, they can shatter into very sharp pieces. Wood can break too, but it doesn't break into knife edge pieces.

Party Etiquette -How to make guests follow rules, without being offensive?

A couple of our neighbors and my family get together and host a large party annually. We include games, inflatable water slide, pool, and ask only that people bring some food or drinks to share, and sign a liability waiver. The waiver states that if any of their family members attending get hurt on any of our properties, we are not responsible for their injuries or medical expenses. We generally have about 100 people at these functions, physical activity, and usually a couple of adults that drink too much. Never have problems, but I don't think that asking someone to sign a paper saying they won't sue if they get hurt on our property, is asking alot. We really enjoy hosting the parties, but it would only take one accident to ruin us all financially. My question is regarding how we can let people know (without being offensive), that they need to sign the waivers or leave the property. I was thinking maybe some signs posted with a funny way to state it, to take some of the sting out of the demand. We know someone who had a dinner guest slip on a wet, tile floor and sue them, so I want to make sure we take precautions. We do want to be welcoming hosts and don't want to threaten our guests with kicking them out. Please provide some suggestions on a friendly or funny way to make our demands clear. Most of our guests are fine with it, but some have refused to sign. So far, we let it slide and pray all night that they don't get hurt. How do I get my cat so stop meowing all the time?

He will just sit either outside my door and howl to the point where I can hear him outside, and the neighbors have complained about his meowing, or sit right in the living and make my mother angry because she can never sleep because he annoys her so bad. I've had sore achy feet for years. I've had 3 pairs of custom orthotics made by Podiatrists, & taken several Anti-Inflammatory meds for this problem. They all have worked for a while, & then my foot pain comes back with a vengeance. Today I was swimming and a rubber inflatable boat hit my head at fast speed. It didn't really hurt much, but it was a very blunt, hard blow. There was barely any pain. I have this friend that i've really only known for a year and (we're both in middle school 8th grade) he's a guy im a girl. See, (okay sorry but I have to explain the whole story before getting to the part about saying no) we had a project to do in one of my language teacher's classes where we had groups and did a presentation over WWII. We had a contest where one person from each group would go up and spell a word and the first people to misspell a word would go first to present their group project the next week. BOB misspelled the first word and started crying because he didn't want to go first. Not because he's a brat but because he just so soft. So i felt bad and i was scared because i didn't want him to keep guiling me into doing things and have me say no and have him start crying or get really upset. So, now, he keeps following me. Not stalking me, but in the halls if he sees me he walks right up to me and starts talking to me. After lunch when we go outside for a few minutes he follows me around and doesn't let me spend time with any of my friends except for the friends we sit with at lunch because every time(i mean EVERY time) i walk away from the two girls i sit with at lunch he follows ME and asks "where's M and L(first letters of friend's names)? Why aren't we with M and L? let's go find them." or if i spend time with other friend A, any she's REALLY weird he asks"why are you doing that? Let's go find L and M." It drives me up the wall because i want ot spend some time with my other friends and im really starting to not want to be his friend anymore because i want to just talk to my other friends without his standing behind me and saying things like "you shouldn't talk about people like that. ; why are you whispering? can i hear?" yes, i know that gossiping and talking about people behind their backs is wrong. What can I do about bad orthodontic work and getting my money back?

I had braces for a little less than a year before I realized that no work was really getting done and my teeth hadn't moved one bit. I switched to a new orthodontist that my friend went to and had done great work. About 2 weeks ago I got my braces off- but the work was less than what I expected. I still have gaps in my teeth, the top and bottom are not aligned which still affects my bite, and a top tooth in the front looks out of alignment compared to the rest (in an obvious way). They are better than before and I wear my retainers to keep them from shifting into something worse but Im very unhappy. I want to have it fixed but Im a college student and have hardly any money. I paid to have the work done right and he failed to do that. Im also against the idea of any more metal braces (invisalign is what im trying to do) but I dont know who to go to or what to do. I thought about getting my friend (who is a lawyer) to help, to try and get the money back for the bad treatment using the statement of another orthodontists opinion saying that the work is not done correctly. A Salty Pool without the fancy Salt Water Pump.?

I bought a salt water filter system for my inflatable pool(14' X 40" deep) and filled it up with 80 pounds of salt as the directions call for. Unfortunately Intex did not design the pump correctly and it leaks.There is supposed to be some copper ion exchange with the water as it goes through the system. I returned the salt water system. Since salt is a natural bacterial fighter by itself, can I just add salt once in a while and keep the water salty and use the filter pump that came with the pool? You never see lakewater(which is a little salty) with algae in it unless it is stagnant. With a filter pump this would not happen as the water is being filtered frequently.

What Did I Do To My Calf Muscle?

I was at the pool earlier today and was on an inflatable platform. This kid that was 2x bigger than me got pushed off and was pulling on my foot (his hand was on the achilles tendon and on the top of my foot). Logic doesn't govern dreams. They are products of your subconsciousness, and having weird ones does not mean that you are crazy or disturbed. I consider myself very healthy mentally (and physically, emotionally, etc--all these aspects of health are very interconnected) yet I also have some weird dreams myself, nothing too different from the type of dreams you've had. Realistic or logical dreams very rarely occur, mind you. Dreams may actually reflect some things in your mind, but it is not easy to connect them to anything in the real world. Maybe you should stop minding your dreams too much.

Where in Israel can I buy a pet hedgehog? My Motek just passed away, so I'd like a new little hedgehog. The breed doesn't really matter although I like the lighter colors especially, but all hedgies are cute. Trip to lake powell without a boat?

African pygmy hedgehog?

hi im getting a pygmy hedgehog at the end of july and was wondering what type of heating to keep them warm as my house isn't the most warmest place.i have a large guinea pig cage and the man in the pet shop said a heat mat will this not melt the plastic bottom of my cage or burn my hedgehog. ive seen lots of people say just use a snugly bed for them but i would be still scared of them going into hibernation and especially in the winter any ideas would be great also brands and watt would be good thanks.

My mom had a weekend night shift, *she's a nurse* at this hospital, and she went to work at 10:00 pm, and was suppose to come back at 7 am. It's 11:48 and she isn't back! I called her cell number 5 times, and she didn't pick up. I thought of calling the hospitals number, but I lost the hospitals number! My dad, my brother, and my sister are all worried. I called my grandparents, since my mom sometimes stops there to just say hi, etc. And my grandma says she hasn't seen my mom. Can anyone help me get KOTOR working with cheats?

OK guys, so i've already gone through and beaten KOTOR and now i'm playing through again on the PC and added some mods to the Override folder like they tell you to and they seem to work just fine. My problem is that I for some reason cannot get the cheats to enable. I have gone to swkotor.ini and added the line under Game Options: EnableCheats=1 but then it said i didn't have permission to save back in the main folder so instead I ended up saving it in My Documents and then moving it over to the main KOTOR folder. well, now I start the game and it runs fine but i push the ` key (the one left of the 1 key) and nothing happens, I've also tried [ctrl] + ` [alt] + ` [shift] + ` and other combinations as well, however i do not get any console or any area where i can type in the cheat. Does anyone know how to help? I've tried all these combinations on a US English Keyboard setting as well as a UK English Keyboard setting.

How I warm up for cello is I play a C major scale (2 octaves), then C# major scale (2 octaves), D major scale (2 octaves), and so on. It usually takes a while but it very much helps. Also if you don't feel quite warmed up after this, try playing C minor scale (2 octaves), then C# minor scale (2 octaves), etc.

There are several complications in having a hedgehog in one of the six states where they are illegal, which includes Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, and Maine. It does not matter where you obtained the hedgehog, s/he will still be illegal to possess in California. If the hedgehog is seized, s/he will be either destroyed or sent to our rescue, which is a state and federally licensed hedgehog rescue in Colorado from one of four airports - San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Sacramento - to Denver. We have six hedgehogs arriving next week from Los Angeles on frontier Airlines. However, the hedgehog is at far more risk from the lack of availability of adequate veterinary care than from confiscation. Many veterinarians will not see illegal animals and those that might will usually not have the experience or skill to treat these unusual animals. For example, one veterinarian in northern California that signed the health travel certificates for two hedgehogs dropped off at a pet store, identified them as two males. 97 Saturn SL2 Electrical Problem?

On my Saturn, it happens in 2 places. If it happens when the vehicle is cold, When accelerating, the Transmission will be stuck in D4. if the short happens when the car is hot, you will be traveling about 75 MPH on the interstate, and the guages will go dim, and the volt meter will bottom out, like you turned the key off. It is the same response when the car is cold. It is like you turned the key off, but the engine still runs fine. The only difference I have found which is major is when it is cold and it acts up, the volt meter bottoms out like the key is turned off, and it will not shift. When hot at night, you can see all the lights go dim, the AC blower motor slows down, etc. Any ideas? ALREADY REPLACED THE IGNITION SWITCH UNDER THE DASH.

I have a 85 700r4 transmission in a 87 Camaro 355 with a mild cam and the trans shifts good but When I really get on it, it wants to slip even when I change it manual but I can get on it a little and its fine. So what would be wrong in the transfer?

How do i bathe a hedgehog?

Here at the Rescue we fill a sink with lukewarm water up to about the top of the legs of the hedgehog and let her/him walk around in the water for a few minutes, affording the opportunity to poop and/or pee, which they usually will do. So it may take several emptying and refilling of the water, and during this process we usually hold the hedgehog under the running warm water to get her/him wet all over. Although some like the water, most see it as a strange experience and try to escape. This is a good time to clip toenails as the hedgehog will generally not roll up in the water. Apply a good veterinary shampoo, such as Veterinarian's Best Dog/Puppy/Cat/Kitten Hypoallergenic Shampoo with Aloe Vera. Use a toothbrush to work the shampoo in between the quills. Rinse the hedgehog off with lukewarm water, dry off with a towel, and be sure to keep her/him in a warm place until completely dry. If you suspect that the hedgehog has mites, when the bath is over, in a small tub or bowl, place lukewarm water and 8 or 9 tablespoons of olive oil in the tub and completely submerge the hedgehog in the oily water for only one second and then gently empty the tub and hedgehog into a stoppered up sink. When submerged the hedgehog will usually roll up and then unroll and run when placed int the sink. The object is to coat the entire hedgehog with the oily water, which will kill any live mites on the hedgehog. However, this treatment will not stop mite eggs from hatching and so if the mite problem was significant, further mite treatment may be necessary. The olive oil/water treatment also serves to lubricate the skin. The hedgehog will smell like a caesar salad for a few days. Best wishes, Z. G. What has a lower drag coefficient ... a flat bottom Jon boat or a Zodiak type inflatable?

If your main goal is to find a boat with the lowest drag coefficient I would go with the Kodiak if it has a rigid bottom. If it doesn't then go with the Jon boat. My answer for the Zodiak is based on the rigidity of the hull. If it is rigid hull it will have some what of a vee style design. In the business that's what's known as the "dead rise of the hull". If the boat has a soft bottom, the drag on the motor would be considerably more.

,The mortar cap is deteriorated ,so I replaced a portion of it and sealed all the edges with mortar . The two flus are rectangular and rise perpendicular to each other and form a T at the top . Where the two flus meet at the top, there was a 1 inch gap between the two ,they didn't quite touch . I filled this gap with mortar but am not sure I should have ,but it seemed if I didn't it would let water get inside the chimney,where it didn't belong . I don't know if there was always a gap there or if some how they shifted apart. Do you think filling this gap is a mistake ,and why ,Thanks!!

The trick here is that you're putting the parents in an uncomfortable situation. The little kids, faced with all the fun things to do in the inflatable party area are going to want to play! So why invite them there if they can't? No, it's not appropriate. You could invite them to your home for cake and so forth just as easily. This either forces the parents to pay or tortures the poor little kids!

I don't know what to do with my hedgehog, help?

I've had my hedgehog for over two months now and his attitude is still the same. Its confusing. Sometimes he lets me pet him without his quill up or huffing other times he doesn't. Its just frustrating because I feel we made progress but he keeps going back and forth. But what really is making me dislike him is now for a couple days every time i take him out he ends up biting me and i blow in his face to correct it but it doesn't work. He keeps up with his biting. What do you do for a toddler who loves to climb?

My daughter turned 1 last month, isn't walking yet, but LOVES to climb. She climbs on everything! I got her a soft climber for Christmas, but it's very small.
