Cheapest boat/dinghy I can get?

I'm living in Miami this summer for an internship, and my condo is on the bay. What is the least I can pay to have any sort of boat with a motor, be it an inflatable dinghy or an old beat-up boat? Also, where could I find them? I've searched Craigslist, but I'm looking for a better source. Thanks
