Lake San Antonio please help?

Hi, me and my 2 brothers (which are adults) want to just go up there and spend some time. We want to pitch a tent and go fishing. Are the camp grounds free to camp or is there a fee? i looked on there website but i found nothing. Also if you can answer another question it would help me out a ton! Do you need a fishing licence up there? i bought a inflatable fishing boat and would like to just go fishing, but will i need some kind of licence? THANK YOU
