Can I import a hedgehog from Florida to Puerto Rico?

I'm going to Florida in summer to go visit family members and other stuff and I wanted to buy a Hedgehog and import it since I can't find any sellers here in Puerto Rico. Can anybody tell me what is needed and what I need to do to import it?
