How to deal with family coming to visit after the birth??? :-(?

Tell both sides of the family that while they are more than welcome to visit, you will not be able to put them up. You do not need to pay for their arrangements. If they choose to come they should pay. Ask them to give you time to settle with the baby, I'm sure they'll understand. Give them numbers for local hotels.
